Mohenjo-Daro was a fast developing city that was very advanced. It was at its best around 2,600 - 2,500 BCE. Mohenjo-Daro is one of the many ancient cities located in the Indus River Valley Civilization, known today as Pakistan. The Indus River helped the ground to be very fertile and grassy. The Great Bath is one of the Harappan's many complex structures. The Great Bath was very important to many religious festivals. Th downfall of Mohenjo-Daro was a very common one. The sewer systems were one of the many advancements made by the Harappans. Mohenjo-Daro is important to us today because it made a lot of resources that we still need and use today such as the decimal system, sewer system, and the drill.
